From Vinal Technical High School, Manufacturing Technology

I went to a technical high school knowing that I enjoyed creating things and solving problems. That drew me into the manufacturing program, where there was always something interesting to work on. Whether it be machining the components to a pneumatic engine or programing a CNC machine, my experiences at a technical high school sparked my interest to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. Here at UCONN, I am able to apply my trade-school knowledge to my current studies.
